Jilliann Norris

Jilliann joined the Lifespan team in 2025 for her clinical fellowship year (CFY). She attended Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania from 2016-2020, where she earned her bachelor's in Public Health & Science, minoring in Gerontology. She continued her education at Nova Southeastern University in Florida from 2021-2024, where she completed her master's program in Speech Language Pathology. With two years of experience as a SLPA, she has strong expertise in working with both pediatric and adult populations. Jilliann specializes in pediatric articulation, expressive/receptive language, and autism spectrum disorder, while working with adults on aphasia, dysarthria, cognition, TBI, CVA, and concussion rehabilitation. Jilliann prioritizes empowering individuals to communicate effectively and independently. She establishes strong rapport with her patients, tailoring goals to every patient's specific wants and needs. Jilliann's positive energy and caring natures creates a safe and supportive environment for her clients to make great success.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and cats, as well as outdoor activities like pickleball, hiking, and boating - all while drinking too much coffee.
